The tools are called field blur, iris blur and tilt-shift and are grouped together under the Filter > Blur menu. These turn image processing into an easier and quicker process. Photoshop CS6 comes with three new blur tools included. This might however be an issue for users without an internet connection, but the idea behind the new setup process is that people will enjoy better support if problems arise. In order to install the program, a user has to log in with an Adobe ID. The icons and menus are cleaner and the setup process is changed as well.
